Hello! My name is Norman McGill. I'm a Learning Consultant and Instructional Designer with a passion for eLearning!

I enjoy the creative, hands-on pieces of building memorable learning experiences. Whether I'm building interactive scenarios and solutions, planning for virtual or in-person training with facilitator guides and activities, adding voiceover to courses or creating bite-sized learning videos.

I live and work in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville.
